Part A. Terms of Use for Travelers（旅行客向け利用規約）
A-1. 日本語版
第1条（同意）— 「Asakusa Travel」（以下「本サービス」）を閲覧することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなす。本サービスの利用にあたり、アカウント登録は不要である。
第2条（サービス内容）— 本サービスは、参加店舗が入稿しAIの支援により翻訳された浅草の店舗に関する記事（写真・動画・テキスト・住所・営業時間・地図リンクを含む）を掲載する、無料の英語メディアである。
第3条（掲載内容の正確性についての無保証）— 店舗情報（営業時間・在庫・提供内容等）は第三者である店舗が提供するものであり、予告なく変更されることがある。運営は、掲載内容の正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しない。来店・利用の前に、必ず店舗へ直接確認すること。
第4条（ブックマーク）— 「保存」機能は、利用者の選択をブラウザのローカルストレージ（LocalStorage、最大30件）に保存する。Phase 1において、運営はこのリストを自社サーバーで受信・保存しない。
第5条（外部リンク）— 本サービスは、Google マップ等の第三者サービスにリンクする場合がある。運営は、外部サイトの内容または可用性について責任を負わない。
第6条（禁止行為）— 利用者は、本サービスのスクレイピング、転売、内容の改変・誤伝達、その他本サービスの運営を妨げる行為または第三者の権利を侵害する行為を行ってはならない。
第7条（知的財産権）— 本サービスに掲載されるテキスト・写真・翻訳文の権利は、各店舗または運営に帰属し、許可なく複製してはならない。
第8条（免責）— 適用法令が許容する範囲において、運営は、利用者による本サービスの利用または利用不能（店舗情報への依拠を含む）から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負わない。本条の消費者に対する有効性は、消費者契約法により制限される可能性がある。
第9条（サービス・規約の変更）— 運営は、本サービスおよび本規約をいつでも変更または終了できる。変更後も利用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなす。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）— 本規約は日本法に準拠する。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とする。特定の裁判所を専属的合意管轄として指定することの、非居住利用者に対する実効性については確認を要する。
第11条（準拠言語）— 本規約は日本語（A-1）を正文とし、英語版（A-2）は参考訳として提供する。日本語版と英語版の間に齟齬がある場合は、日本語版の内容が優先する。この優先条項が非居住の消費者に対して法的に有効かは確認を要する。
A-2. English version
Operator: HEROES合同会社（HEROES LLC）, Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan ("we", "us", "the Operator").
Article 1 (Acceptance) — By browsing Asakusa Travel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. No account registration is required to use the Service .
Article 2 (Service description) — The Service is a free, English-language media publishing stories about shops in Asakusa (photos, video, text, address, hours, map links) submitted by participating shops and translated with AI assistance .
Article 3 (No warranty on content accuracy) — Shop information (hours, availability, offerings) is provided by third-party shop owners and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any listing. Visit or contact the shop directly to confirm details before visiting.
Article 4 (Bookmarks) — The "save" feature stores your selections locally in your browser (LocalStorage, up to 30 items). We do not receive or store this list on our servers in Phase 1 .
Article 5 (External links) — The Service links to third-party services (e.g., Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.
Article 6 (Prohibited use) — You may not use the Service to scrape, resell, or misrepresent content, or in any way that disrupts the Service or infringes third-party rights.
Article 7 (Intellectual property) — Text, photos, and translations displayed on the Service belong to the respective shops or the Operator and may not be reproduced without permission.
Article 8 (Disclaimer of liability) — To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on shop information. This clause's enforceability against consumers may be limited under the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) .
Article 9 (Changes to the Service / Terms) — We may modify or discontinue the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction) — These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. Naming a specific court as exclusive jurisdiction should be confirmed for enforceability against non-resident users .
Article 11 (Governing language) — These Terms are drafted in Japanese as the authoritative version (Part A-1). This English version (Part A-2) is a reference translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail. Whether this precedence clause is legally enforceable against non-resident consumers requires expert confirmation .
Part B. 掲載規約（店舗向け）／ Listing Terms for Shops
B-1. 日本語版
運営: HEROES合同会社（以下「運営」）。本規約は Asakusa Travel（以下「本サービス」）に店舗ストーリーを掲載する店舗（以下「店舗」）に適用する。
第1条（適用）— 店舗は、店舗アカウントを利用して記事を入稿した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなす。
第2条（掲載料）— 掲載は無料とする。運営は店舗に対して掲載に関する対価を請求しない（恒久方針）。
第3条（コンテンツの権利）— 店舗が入稿する文章・写真・動画（以下「投稿コンテンツ」）の著作権その他一切の権利は店舗に帰属する。店舗は運営に対し、投稿コンテンツを本サービス上での掲載・AIによる英語への翻訳・運営の修正を経た訳文の掲載・本サービスの宣伝目的での二次利用のために、無償・非独占的に利用することを許諾する。
第4条（第三者の権利保証）— 店舗は、投稿コンテンツが第三者の著作権・肖像権その他の権利を侵害しないことを保証する。第三者からのクレームにより運営が損害を被った場合、店舗はこれに対応する。
第5条（禁止コンテンツ）— 次のいずれかに該当するコンテンツの入稿を禁止する。 (1) 法令に違反する内容 (2) わいせつ・アダルト・暴力的な表現 (3) 誹謗中傷・差別的表現 (4) 事実と異なる誇大な表示 (5) その他運営が不適切と判断する内容
第6条（審査・却下・取り下げ）— 運営は入稿された記事を審査し、承認・却下・公開後の取り下げ（公開停止）を行う権限を有する。却下の場合は理由を店舗に通知する。取り下げは規約違反または店舗からの依頼があった場合に行い、対象記事は非公開状態に戻す 。
第7条（翻訳）— 承認された記事はAIにより自動で英語に翻訳され、運営による修正を経て公開される。運営は翻訳内容について店舗の意向を最大限尊重するが、最終的な訳文の採否は運営が判断する 。
第8条（掲載の停止・再開）— 運営は、店舗が本規約に違反した場合、または合理的な理由がある場合、当該店舗の掲載を停止できる。停止した場合、運営はその旨を店舗に通知する。掲載停止中も店舗は管理画面にログインでき、記事の下書き・修正を行えるが、公開はされない。運営は停止の理由が解消したと判断したとき、掲載を再開できる （2026-07-27 オーナー確定＝「アカウントの無効化」から「掲載の停止」へ用語を統一。実装は掲載の可視性のみを制御し、ログインは停止しない）。
第9条（掲載の終了）— 店舗は運営への連絡により、いつでも自店の記事掲載の停止を依頼できる。
第10条（免責）— 運営はAI翻訳の完全性・正確性を保証しない。翻訳内容に起因する誤解・機会損失について運営は責任を負わない。
第11条（規約の変更）— 運営は本規約を変更できる。変更後は本サービス上での掲示をもって効力を生じる。
第12条（準拠法・管轄）— 本規約は日本法に準拠する。本規約に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とする。
第13条（準拠言語）— 本規約は日本語（B-1）を正文とし、英語版（B-2）は参考訳として提供する。日本語版と英語版の間に齟齬がある場合は、日本語版の内容が優先する。この優先条項の法的有効性については確認を要する。
B-2. English version
Operator: HEROES GK ("the Operator"). These Terms apply to shops that post shop stories on Asakusa Travel ("the Service") (each, a "Shop").
Article 1 (Application) — A Shop is deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the time it submits an article using its shop account.
Article 2 (Listing fee) — Listing on the Service is free of charge. The Operator will not charge Shops any fee for listing (this is a permanent policy) .
Article 3 (Rights in content) — All copyright and other rights in the text, photographs, and videos submitted by a Shop (the "Submitted Content") belong to the Shop. The Shop grants the Operator a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Submitted Content for: publication on the Service; AI-assisted translation into English; publication of the translated text as edited by the Operator; and secondary use for promotional purposes of the Service.
Article 4 (Warranty regarding third-party rights) — The Shop warrants that the Submitted Content does not infringe the copyright, right of publicity, or other rights of any third party. If the Operator incurs damages as a result of a claim by a third party, the Shop shall respond to such claim .
Article 5 (Prohibited content) — Submission of content falling under any of the following is prohibited: (1) content that violates any law or regulation; (2) obscene, adult, or violent expression; (3) defamatory or discriminatory expression; (4) exaggerated representations that misstate facts; (5) other content the Operator deems inappropriate.
Article 6 (Review, rejection, and takedown) — The Operator has the authority to review submitted articles and to approve, reject, or take down (unpublish) an article after publication. In the case of rejection, the Operator will notify the Shop of the reason. Takedown will occur in the event of a violation of these Terms or at the Shop's request, and the affected article will be returned to non-published status .
Article 7 (Translation) — Approved articles are automatically translated into English by AI and published after editing by the Operator. The Operator will give the Shop's wishes the greatest possible respect regarding the translation, but the final decision on the adopted translation rests with the Operator .
Article 8 (Account deactivation) — The Operator may deactivate a Shop's account, upon prior notice, if the Shop violates these Terms or for other reasonable cause .
Article 9 (Ending a listing) — A Shop may, by contacting the Operator, request that the listing of its own article(s) be stopped at any time.
Article 10 (Disclaimer) — The Operator does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the AI translation. The Operator is not liable for misunderstandings or lost business opportunities arising from the content of translations .
Article 11 (Changes to these Terms) — The Operator may change these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting on the Service.
Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction) — These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance .
Article 13 (Governing language) — These Terms are drafted in Japanese as the authoritative version (Part B-1). This English version (Part B-2) is a reference translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail. Whether this precedence clause is legally enforceable requires expert confirmation .
